BALTIC BARBERS - BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to us at Baltic Barbers. Each time slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment.
Late Changes: For changes on the day of your appointment, you must contact the shop directly at 0191 597 8629.
Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of your chosen service cost.
No-Shows: Customers who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee on their next visit.
We understand that life happens. However, our booking system is intended for clients who respect scheduled times. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in being unable to book further appointments at Baltic Barbers.
