Appointments are very important to Baltic Barbers. Each time slot is reserved exclusively for the client. To help us manage the shop's schedule effectively, please note:
• Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Late Changes: For changes on the day of an appointment, please contact the shop directly at 0191 597 8629.
• Last-Minute Bookings: Due to high demand and modified working hours, appointments booked with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £10 convenience fee.
• No-Shows: Customers who fail to show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee on their next visit.
